We have our own fleet of large articulated lorries so we cannot always offer standard delivery at the quoted prices to locations that are physically hard to reach such as a cul-de-sac or narrow road.
Our fleet of vehicles do not have off-loading facilities so you will need to provide them, especially for large or heavy items. If this is not possible please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Description

Second Hand Modular Office / Canteen Building Unit - Single storey - 40 ft long x 40 ft wide approximately.
Consists of 4 no units (all one level), each 12.350mtr long x 3.500mtr high x 3.000mtr wide.
C/w air-con units (these have been removed for transport purposes)
C/w electrics throughout, however all electrics are untested and do not come with a test certificate.
Delivery and placing of unit can be arranged for a further cost. Please contact us for more details and prices.
Please note, photographs may show staircases and a top level but this unit is single storey only with 4 no bays. No staircases or landings are included.
