Access Requirements

We have our own fleet of large articulated lorries so we cannot always offer standard delivery at the quoted prices to locations that are physically hard to reach such as a cul-de-sac or narrow road.

Unloading

Our fleet of vehicles do not have off-loading facilities so you will need to provide them, especially for large or heavy items. If this is not possible please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Description

Stackable Modular Office Unit - 40 ft x 13 ft - Canteen / Unit / Store - Used.
40ft long overall x 13 ft wide approximately.
8ft high approx.
Enclosed unit / office section measures 32 ft long approx, staircase section is approximately 7.5 ft long. (40 foot long overall complete unit).
Yellow steel box section framework consisting of:
100mm x 100mm
70mm x 70mm
30mm x 30mm
150mm x 100mm
250mm x 150mm.
Half turn staircase section:
1st staircase has 5 no steps, 2nd staircase has 4 no steps. Each has steel chequer treads with 200mm individual step rise.
Internal width of stairs is 800mm. Rise of 1420mm to the first landing. 1000mm rise to the top of second staircase and top landing approximately.
Open plan office / canteen area with steel chequer floor. 2 no double doors along each length. 1 no single door along each width. (Please see floorplan)
Each unit may be slightly different therefore viewing is welcome and recommended. Some come with lights and electric cabling and housing along the ceiling. This unit is not electrically tested and does not come with any working electrics or electrical test cert.
