We have our own fleet of large articulated lorries so we cannot always offer standard delivery at the quoted prices to locations that are physically hard to reach such as a cul-de-sac or narrow road.
Our fleet of vehicles do not have off-loading facilities so you will need to provide them, especially for large or heavy items. If this is not possible please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Description

Modular Office Building Unit Two storey high - 40 ft long x 40 ft wide approximately.
C/w 2 no staircases and landing. Overall rise of the staircase is 4.000mtr approximately, each step has a 167.8mm rise.
Consists of 8 no units (4 no per level), each 12.350mtr long x 3.500mtr high x 3.000mtr wide.
C/w air-con units (these have been removed for transport purposes)
C/w electrics throughout, however all electrics are untested and do not come with a certificate.
